My house

This is a LEGO model of my house, built to scale with the real one. I designed it on LEGO Digital Designer, ordered it from LEGO.com and built it using the instructions on the LDD file. It was no simple task, requiring 1,500 bricks, and took much readjusting and thought, along with several days designing it. The picture above shows the view from the garden, along with the real view from the garden in the background.

In order to design the house, I used the original plans and elevations of the real house. I also included a miniature sofa, fireplace and piano.
