Ford Sierra
The Ford Sierra was launched in the early 1980s to be the "European Car of the Future". It was replacing the Ford Cortina. This particular edition (below) was the production car but with a few extra features that were thought too radical for the real production model. It was shown at the Frankfurt Motor show and advertised as the "dream car" of 1981.

Building the Sierra was complex. The most difficult part was making the two-coloured body work, but once that was sorted the rest of the car just fell into place. Due to the limitations of my building software, there are a few things to sort out once the car is built. Make sure you put the back wheels on the rear axle, which you will build inside the car, under the bodywork. And the white part of the bonnet is only half meant to be white. The outer halves of the stripes should be grey.
